As others will be turned away in order to reserve your place among the 10 students in any given class, your registration fee becomes nonrefundable within 40 days prior to the start date of the course in which you are enrolled. Cancellations before this 40 day period are refunded in full, less a $50 administrative processing fee for locating another to fill your spot and related paperwork in issuing refunds. In consideration of the permission extended to me to enroll in a course
conducted by J.D. Lohr Woodworking, Inc., and with intent to be legally bound,
I hereby assume full responsibility for all injury or damage to me or my
property, including that caused by the negligence of others, arising from or
related in any way to participation in said course, and for myself, my heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns forever release J.D. Lohr Woodworking,
Inc., its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, employees, teachers and
