What we hope applicants understands as a perspective tenant it is more important to us as owners and neighbors to have a good fit than it is that we make more money off of the rental of the home we have occupied for 20 years. We now live in the addition off the rear of the main farm house which suits us for health reasons as it is one floor. Your potential house is clearly labeled above and is the front 8 room 1 1/2 bath farmhouse.

Depending on the
circumstances briefly described above, we can offer rent structures
that start as low as $1,000/month which requires farm hand assistance,
$1,300/month for no chore requirements, or $1,500/month depending on type of board for tenant owned horse that meets with Linda's approval as a safe and workable
animal to fold into her current 3 horse herd.
Note, Geldings only are considered.
